NEW YEAR HIGHLIGHTS

January brings parsnips, swede, sea kale, sprouting broccoli, Savoy Cabbage, January King cabbage, forced rhubarb and Seville oranges

Frosty fields and skies see pheasant, partridge, pigeon, woodcock, hares and rabbits. Mackerel, mullet, sprats and pike are fished from our waters.
